Self-Care as a Creative Entrepreneur

Sunday marked the completion of a week of self-care challenge. This week I challenged myself to really hone in on what makes me feel like a more fulfilled, happier person- which makes me a better business owner and fuels my creativity. For me, that is spending time every day doing some kind of physical activity, and spending quiet time to myself to reflect, set intentions, and meditate- even if it’s just 10 minutes. I’m sure you all are just like me, putting self care on the back burner, tending to your own needs last.
